About Us
Laura Higgins FCG
Laura has over 20 years experience of operating in a variety of Company Secretary roles, most recently as Group Company Secretary at Elementis plc (2018-2022). Her experience of recruiting (and being recruited) comes from working in Secretariats of FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies.
In 2022, Laura established The CoSec Coach, a coaching and company secretarial consultancy business.
Qualifications
- Bronze level award in Coaching for Performance (Performance Consultants International)
- Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland
- Post graduate diploma in Legal Practice (Corporate route, College of Law)
- BA (Hons) Law and Legal Studies with History (University of Glamorgan, Wales)
Phil Higgins FCG
Phil has over 25 years experience as a Company Secretary and has a flair for share schemes, annual reporting and corporate transactions. His experience of recruiting (and being recruited) comes from professional services and a variety of large FTSE listed companies.
He loves problem solving and has been a trusted adviser to a number of FTSE listed companies. Phil is currently Company Secretary at Palace Capital plc (FTSE350).
